Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs
What materials are used to make Blue Jogiel clothing?
We strive to use the most sustainable materials possible to create the highest quality clothing we can. That's why we use 100% organic cotton, which is grown without pesticides and with less water than conventional cotton. Additionally, we use premium embroidery thread that is OEKO-TEX® certified, creating clothing that is super soft, making it great for kids' clothing.
Where are your garments made?
Blue Jogiel garments are cut and sewn in our home, Los Angeles. Keeping a close ecosystem allows us to stay involved in every step of the process and to make sure that we are doing as best as we can to make clothes sustainably and ethically.
How do you make sure your clothes are safe for children?
We conduct third-party testing with a CPSC-certified lab to ensure there are no harmful chemicals for kids. We also test for flammability and heavy metals, in order to ensure we remain CPSIA-compliant.
What are compostable bags?
Our garment bags and mailers are made from cornstarch and can be composted with organic waste. You can dispose of them with food waste, and they will break down naturally and turn into food for plants, making them a sustainable packaging option that reduces waste and diminishes the consumption of plastic.
How do I know what size will fit my kid?
There is a size chart on each product page containing the measurements of the garment for each size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Of course, if you find that you ordered the wrong size upon delivery, contact blue@jogiel.com and we will be happy to help you exchange for another size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order after it is placed. If you need to change or cancel something from your order, contact us as soon as possible by emailing blue@jogiel.com with your request, and a customer service representative will get back to you. Note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to modify your order.
How can I return my order?
We understand that kids grow fast and sizes can change quickly. We ask that you return items that are unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days after receiving your package. For more information on our return policy or to start a return, please visit our Returns page.
