Return Policy

You may return items 14 days after receiving your package.

Items must be unworn and sent back to us in the original packaging. Any items that are worn, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted.

To exchange your item for a new size, please return your items as normal and send an email to blue@jogiel.com with your order number and desired size.

Blue Jogiel is not responsible for shipping costs.
